- 薯仔 Potato 2個 2pcs
- 煙肉 Bacon 4片 4slices
- 橄欖油 Olive oil 適量 Some
- 牛油 Butter 一大塊 Some
- 鹽 Salt 少量 Some
- 黑胡椒 Black Pepper 少量 Some
- 芝士 Cheese 適量 Some

先將薯仔切成一片片風琴狀 Slice the potato but do not cut till the end.

搽上橄欖油,不單止薯仔表面,連每個夾心位置都要仔細搽勻 Brush on olive oil including the gaps at the cuts

灑上適量鹽及黑胡椒 Season with salt and pepper

放入焗爐以200度氣炸15分鐘 Air fry for 15 minutes at 200 °C.

煙肉切開備用 Cut the bacon and set aside.

片裝芝士切半備用 Cut the cheese into half and spare.

取出薯仔,將煙肉及芝士放在薯仔的間隙 Take out potato. Add cheese and bacon inside the gaps.

放一大塊牛油於薯仔表面 Pull out the tray put a large scoop of butter on top.

喜歡芝士的可以在面層舖滿芝士和煙肉粒 Add a generous amount of cheese on top if you are a cheese person.

再氣炸8分鐘即成 Air fry for another 8 minutes at the same temperature. Done.
