- 肥牛片 Beef slices 300克/g
- 沙嗲醬 Satay paste 3湯匙/tbsp
- 粉絲 Glass vermicelli 1札/pack
- 乾葱蓉 Minced shallot 1湯匙/tbsp
- 薑蓉 Minced ginger 1湯匙/tbsp
- 蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙/tbsp
- 指天椒 Facing heaven pepper 1隻/pc
- 水 Water 300毫升/ml
- 生粉水 Starch solution 2湯匙/tbsp
- 葱花 Chopped spring onion 適量/Some

粉絲浸軟,擠乾水備用 Soak glass vermicelli until tender. Squeeze dry.

指天椒切碎 Chop pepper.

肥牛片大火爆炒至7成熟,盛起備用 Stir beef slices until tender. Set aside.

原鍋爆香薑蓉、乾葱蓉、蒜蓉及指天椒 Stir fry minced ginger, shallot, garlic and chopped pepper.

下沙爹醬炒香 Add satay paste and stir fry until fragrant.

加水及生粉水煮至濃稠 Add water and starch solution until the soup is thickened.

下粉絲 Add glass vermicelli.

放上肥牛片,灑葱花即成 Add beef slices. Garnish with chopped spring onion and done.
