- 生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp

- 酒 Wine 少許/Some
- 生粉 Corn starch 1茶匙/tsp
調味料
- 蠔油 Oyster sauce 2湯匙/tbsp
- 老抽 Dark soy sauce 適量/Some

薯仔切件,每面煎2分鐘至香 Cut potatoes into pieces. Pan fry each side for 2 minutes until fragrant.

下雞翼 即買 每面煎2分鐘至金黃 Pan fry each side of chicken wings for 2 minutes until golden brown.

下適量水至浸過半,下調味料,加蓋細火炆10分鐘完成 Add water until all ingredients are half soaked. Add seasonings. Cover and braise for 15 minutes.
