【滋味食譜】芝士洋葱圈 Cheese Onion Ring
炸洋葱圈既香脆又鮮甜,是人見人愛的美食,今次配上芝士,滋味更加香濃。洋葱含有大蒜素及槲皮素,有助增強抵坑力,這道芝士洋葱圈絕對是抗疫的 Comfort Food!

1芝士片切成1厘米粗條 Cut cheese into 1cm wide strips.

2洋葱橫切成1厘米粗圈 Cut onion into 1cm wide rings.

3將洋葱圈分開,取兩圈中間塞入芝士 Take 2 onion rings and stuff cheese strips between them.

4洋葱圈先沾上麵粉 Dip onion rings into flour.

5再沾上蛋液 Then dip into whisked egg.

6最後沾上麵包糠 Then dip into bread crumbs.

7放入油鍋,炸至兩面金黃 Deep fry ino hot oil until golden brown.

8撒上少許甜椒粉調味,完成 Sprinkle some sweet paprika. Done.
