- 椰菜花Cauliflower 300克300g
- 九層塔Basil 1棵1 pc
- 薑Ginger 30克30g
- 糖Sugar 1茶匙1 teasp
- 蒜頭Garlic 5片5 slices
- 醬油Soy sauce 2湯匙2 table
- 米酒Rice wine 2湯匙2 table
- 麻油Sesame 2湯匙2 table

花椰菜切件;薑切片;蒜頭去皮;九層塔取葉。 Cut cauliflower into pieces. Slice ginger. Peel garlic. Take basil leaf.

將花椰菜加入滾水,煮3分鐘,取出,瀝乾水分。 Put cauliflower into boiling water and cook 3 mins, take out and drain water.

燒熱麻油,爆香薑片、蒜頭。 Heat the sesame oil, stir fry sliced ginger and garlic.

加入醬油、米酒、花椰菜炒香。 Put in soy sauce, rice wine and cauliflower into the pan.

最後加入九層塔,炒至均勻。 Finally put in basil and stir fry until mix well.
