【 簡易食譜 】超簡單免焗OREO月餅 及 消化餅月餅
食材
- OREO 240克240g
- 消化餅 Digestive Biscuits 240克 240g
- 牛油Butter 200克200g
- 忌廉芝士 Cream cheese 200克200g
- 吉利丁片Gelatin sheet 1 片1 pc
- 朱古力豆 Chocolate beans 適量some

把OREO的內餡和餅乾分開 Spilt all OREO into cream and cookies

餅乾部分放入膠袋壓碎,備用 Put the cookies into a bag then crush them

消化餅同樣放入膠袋壓碎備用。 Crush the digestive biscuits in another bag

牛油加熱至融化 Heat to melt the butter

取一半加入OREO餅乾碎 Add half into crushed OREO cookies

拌勻備用。 Mix well.

餘下的牛油加入消化餅碎,拌勻備用。 Add the remaining butter into digestive biscuits crumbs, mix well.

吉利丁片放入水中浸軟, Soak a gelatin sheet in water, set aside
