這款牛肉井看似很簡單,但要煮得好味都要花心機!不過真的是很好餸飯!

食材 (1-2人) 30分鐘內

食材

  • 火煱牛肉 Hot pot beef 1/2包/pack
  • 洋蔥 Onion 1 個/piece
  • 牛油Butter 1 湯匙/soup
  • 日本豉油Japanese soy sauce 3湯匙/soup s
  • 糖 Sugar 3茶匙/tea sp
  • 米酒Chinese cooking wine 1湯匙/soup s
  • 紫菜Seaweed 1湯匙/soup
  • 蛋egg 1個/piece
  • 水Water 3湯匙/soup s

    將洋蔥切好(我會切薄少少)slice onion

    燒熱鑊,放牛油,放洋蔥炒香3分鐘 Turn on fire, add butter, then put onion to cook for 3 minutes

    放日本豉油,水,酒,糖,煮15分鐘 Add Japanese soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sugar, cook for 15 minutes

    在煮洋蔥時,煮滾另一煲水,水滾放牛肉,熄火,把每一片牛肉在滾水中洗一洗,盛起備用 While the onion is cooking, cook a bowl of water. Add the beef into the boiling water, turn off fire.Wash every piece of beef in the hot water and get them out immediately.

    牛肉放落洋蔥抄勻,打蛋,此時不要把蛋搞勻,煮2分鐘,最後放紫菜上面即成Add beef into the onion, mix it well with the onion, then put egg (don’t mix the egg), cook for 2 minutes. Add seaweed on top.
