- 米酒Chinese cooking wine 1湯匙/soup s
- 紫菜Seaweed 1湯匙/soup
- 蛋egg 1個/piece
- 水Water 3湯匙/soup s

將洋蔥切好(我會切薄少少)slice onion

燒熱鑊,放牛油,放洋蔥炒香3分鐘 Turn on fire, add butter, then put onion to cook for 3 minutes

放日本豉油,水,酒,糖,煮15分鐘 Add Japanese soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, sugar, cook for 15 minutes
