1Preheat oven 350°F / 175°C

2Slice the rolls in half lengthwise

3Place the bottom half on 9 x 13 baking tray

4Spread the eggs evenly on the rolls, followed by the ham, cheddar, bacon, and spinach

5Place the remaining half of the rolls on top

6Brush with melted butter and sprinkle the black peper on top

7Bake for 20 mins

8Slices, then serve!
