臘腸肉餅❨仿❩煲仔飯 Claypot Rice
天氣涼了,帶著2個孩子想煮一頓快速簡單的飯餐,煲仔飯最就好不過!
可是我家只有電湯煲,電飯煲和單頭電磁爐各一個,想煮真正的砂鍋煲仔飯是不可行了,唯有用電飯煲。雖然缺了砂鍋香,卻依然有飯焦的!
食材
- 材料 Ingredient:
- 免治豬肉 Minced Pork 半斤(300g)
- 臘腸 Lap Chang 1條(piece)
- 米 Uncooked Rice 3嘜(435g)
- 調味料 Seasoning:
- 豉油 Soy Sauce 2 湯匙(tbsp
- 麻油 Sesame Oil 1湯匙(tbsp)
- 糖 Sugar 2 茶匙(tsp)
- 鹽 Salt 1/2茶匙(tsp)
- 粟粉 Corn Starch 2茶匙(tsp)

米洗淨倒入電飯煲,加水至相關水位標記後,取出6湯匙水, 以備肉碎有肉汁流出。 Clean the uncooked rice and put it into rice cooker. Add water to the related mark, then take away 6 tablespoons of water as the meat is juicy.

飯滾時把肉碎及臘腸平放在米面,蓋上蓋子繼續煮。 Put the meat and lap chang onto the rice when the water is boiled. Keep cooking.

當飯煲第一次跳制至保溫功能時,再按一下「煮飯」鍵。 Press the 'cooking' key again when the rice is done.

當飯煲第二次跳制時,請享用,或可再重覆1-2次以上步驟以製作更厚飯焦! When the rice is done again, enjoy it, or repeat the above step for thicker crispy rice.

臘腸切片備用。 可直接加煲仔飯豉油,稍焗一會撈勻享用。 如想個別加豉油,可先將臘腸和肉餅取出備用。 Add special soy sauce for claypot rice, wait for a while, stir and serve. If you want to serve individually, take out the meat and lap chang first.
