- 沙參 Coastal glehnia root 40克/g
- 海玉竹 Polygonatum root 40克/g
- 北芪 Astragalus 20克/g
- 麥冬 Dwarf lilyturf tuber 20克/g
- 紅棗 Red date 40克/g
- 紅蘿蔔 Carrot 1條 /pc
- 無花果 Dried fig 80克/g
- 薑 Ginger slice 3片/slices
- 豬骨 Pork bone 450克/g
- 鹽 Salt 1茶匙/tbsp
- 油 Oil 1茶匙/tbsp
- 水 Water 3公升/Liter

豬骨加鹽拌勻 Mix the pork bones with salt

再加油拌勻 Add oil and mix well

放入雪櫃內醃過夜 Marinate in the refrigerator overnight

紅蘿蔔去皮 Peel the carrot

滾刀切件 Cut into pieces

汆水後再沖去浮沫 Blanch in cold water until boiling and rinse off the foam

將所有材料放入煲內,加水 Put all the ingredients into the pot and add water
