電飯煲食譜|電飯煲黑椒薯仔牛肉炆飯 Black pepper sauce, potato and beef stew rice in rice cooker

黑椒汁同牛肉係最佳拍檔,通常用在煲仔或鐵板菜式,今次我地將佢加入電飯煲內,加埋米飯、甘筍、薯仔同洋蔥等一煲過煮熟,都一樣咁惹味,未煮好已經聞到陣陣香味,真係要立即食兩大碗呀!

- 牛肉粒 Beef cube 350克/g
- 薯仔 Potato 1個/pc
- 甘筍Carrot 1個/pc
- 洋蔥 Onion ½個/pc
- 蒜頭 Garlic 4瓣/cloves
- 白米 Rice 適量/As need
- 蔥花 Chopped spring onion 適量/As need
醃料
- 生抽 Soy sauce 2湯匙/tbsp
- 老抽 Dark soy sauce 2湯匙/tbsp
- 料理酒 Cooking wine 2湯匙/tbsp
- 蠔油 Oyster sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 黑椒醬 Black pepper sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 糖 Sugar ½湯匙/tbsp
- 鹽 Salt 適量/some
- 黑胡椒粉 Black pepper powder 適量/some
- 生粉 Corn starch 1湯匙/tbsp
- 油 Oil 2湯匙/tbsp

牛肉粒用醃料醃15-20分鐘 Marinate beef cubes with the marinade for 15-20 minutes.

薯仔去皮切粒 Peel and cut potato into cubes.

甘筍去皮切粒 Peel and cut carrot into cubes.

洋蔥切塊 Cut the onion into chunks.

蒜頭剁成蓉 Mince garlic cloves.

白米洗淨,按平時的煮法水 Wash the rice and add water as usual.

加入蒜蓉、薯仔粒、甘筍粒、洋蔥塊及牛肉粒 Add minced garlic, potato cubes, carrot cubes, onion chunks, and beef cubes.

按電飯煲的煮飯鍵 Press the "cook rice" button on the rice cooker.

完成後撒上蔥花拌勻即成 After it's done, sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and mix well.
