20分鐘完成 |簡易肉醬意粉 Easy spaghetti bolognese
肉醬意粉是常見的美食,正統的做法非常複雜,單是熬製肉醬已需要3-4小時。今次採用一個簡單的方法,醬汁20分鐘之內已經完成,可以同時間煮熟意大利粉,時間啱啱好!可能你會奇怪,何解自己煮醬汁,又要用上現成的意大利粉醬呢?因為現成意大利粉醬的味道層次不夠濃厚,但用作基底就可以加快完成,令醬汁更加滋味!
食材
- 意大利粉 Spaghetti 250克/g
- 免治牛肉 Ground beef 250克/g
- 洋蔥Onion ½個/pc
- 蒜頭 Garlic 4瓣/cloves
- 車厘茄 Cherry tomato 200克/g
- 意大利粉醬 Italian pasta sauce 250克/g
- 茄膏 Tomato paste 40克/g
- 紅酒 Red wine 25毫升/ml
- 羅勒葉 Basil 8-10片/Leav
- 鹽 Salt 少許/to tast
- 黑胡椒碎 Ground black pepper 少許/to tast
- 橄欖油 Olive oil 少許/as need
- 檸檬 Lemon 1個/pc
- 牛油 Butter 10克/g
- 芝士碎 Grated cheese 適量/as desi

意大利粉按包裝的指示煮熟 Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

洋蔥及蒜頭切碎,中火炒3-4分鐘至香及洋蔥半透明 Chopped onion and garlic. Sauté in a large pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and the onion is translucent.

下免治牛肉炒勻 Add ground beef and cook until browned.

下車厘茄、意大利粉醬、茄膏及紅酒炒勻 Stir in cherry tomatoes, Italian pasta sauce, tomato paste, and red wine. Mix well.

加蓋煮5分鐘 Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

下鹽、黑胡椒碎、橄欖油、羅勒葉拌勻,再刨少許檸檬皮煮2分鐘 Add salt, ground black pepper, olive oil, basil leaves, and lemon zest. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

最後加入牛油拌勻 Finally, add the butter and stir until melted and well combined.

將肉醬淋在煮好的意粉上,再撒上芝士碎即成 Serve the meat sauce over the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese as desired.
