【夏日湯水】消暑蘋果湯 Apple Soup for Cooling Off

中醫認為蘋果味甘性涼,有生津、潤肺、健脾益胃、養心等功效。紅蘿蔔則味甘性平,有健脾胃、補肝明目、清熱解毒、壯陽補腎、透疹、降氣止咳等功效。加上其他配料,令這湯水有生潤潤肺、健脾去濕、清心安神、補中益氣的功效,適合濕燥的夏日飲用。

  • 蘋果 Apple 2個/pcs
  • 紅蘿蔔 Carrot 1個/pcs
  • 淮山 Chinese common yam 25克/g
  • 茨實 Gordon euryale seed 25克/g
  • 紅皮蓮子 Red skin lotus seed 25克/g
  • 百合 Dry lily bulb 25克/g
  • 生薏米 Job's tear 25克/g
  • 紅棗 Red dates 5粒/pcs
  • 豬展 即買 (豬𦟌)Pork shank 300克/g
  • 薑 Ginger 1片/slice
  • 水 Water 3公升/Liter

    瘦肉汆水洗淨備用 Bring pork shank with a pot of cold water to a boil , then rinse and set aside.

    蘋果去芯切件 Remove the cores from the apples and cut them into pieces.

    紅蘿去皮切件 Peel and cut the carrot into pieces.

    紅棗浸軟去核 Soak the red dates until tender and remove the cores.

    其他材材浸水約30分鐘 Soak other ingredients in water for about 30 minutes.

    煲滾水,下所有材料煲至滾起 Bring the water to a boil in a pot, then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil again.

    轉中細火煲2小時 Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 hours.

    下少許鹽調味,完成 Add a pinch of salt for seasoning, and serve.
