【港式經典】 氣炸鍋蝦多士 Airfryer Classic Shrimp Toasts

蝦多士係其中一道經典嘅港式小食,將蝦膠釀在麵包上再炸,香口惹味鮮甜彈牙多種口感,一次過係口腔內大爆發。想自己整,以為要開一大鑊油真心煩,而家改用氣炸鍋就簡單得多啦!

- 急凍蝦仁 Frozen shrimps 360克/g
- 白麵包 Sandwich bread 4塊/slices
- 粗鹽 Coarse alt 1茶匙/tsp
- 胡椒粉 Pepper powder ½茶匙/tsp
- 麻油 Sesame oil 1茶匙/tsp
- 雞粉 Chicken powder 1茶匙/tsp
- 番茜 Parsley 適量/some
- 生粉 Corn starch 2湯匙/tbsp
- 油 Oil 1湯匙/tbsp

蝦肉解凍,用粗鹽醃10 分鐘 Defrost shrimps, marinade with coarse salt for 10 minutes

方包去皮,一開四備用 Remove brown boarder of sandwich bread, cut each into 4, set aside

蝦乾淨, 用廚房紙完全印乾 Rinse shrimps thoroughly, pat dry with kitchen paper.

用刀拍平蝦肉 Smash hard with knife.

加入胡椒粉、麻油、雞粉、番茜、鹽、生粉、油,攪拌至起膠 Mix smashed shrimp with pepper powder , sesame oil , chicken powder, parsley, salt, corn starch and oil until sticky.

用匙羹將蝦蓉平均釀上麵包 Spread sticky shrimp paste on the bread.

在蝦上噴一層油 Spray oil on top of the shrimp paste.

200度氣炸9分鐘即成成 Airfry at 200°C for 9 minutes, done.
