- 免治豬肉Minced pork 300克/g
- 蛋黃 Egg yok 1個/pc
- 芝士碎 Granted cheese 適量/As used
- 蔥花 Chopped spring onion 適量/some
醃料
- 米酒 Rice wine 1茶匙/tsp
- 壽喜燒醬Sukiyaki sauce 2湯匙/tbsp
- 蛋白 Egg white 30克/g
- 木薯粉Tapioca flour 1茶匙/tsp
- 白胡椒 White pepper powder 1茶匙/tsp
- 麻油 Sesame oil 1茶匙/tsp

分蛋備用 Separate egg white and egg yolk.

免治豬肉加入醃料拌匀 Marinate minced pork with marinade for 15 minutes.

隔水用大火蒸約15分鐘 Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

將蛋黃掃在肉餅之上 Brush the egg yolk on top of the patty.

芝士及蔥花鋪面 Sprinkle granted cheese and chopped spring onion on top.

大火再蒸5分鐘 Steam over high heat for 5 more minutes.
