- 麵粉 Flour 適量/To use
- 葱花 Chopped spring onion 適量/Some
- 辣椒粒 Chopped chili pepper 適量/Some
- 椒鹽 Salted pepper 1茶匙/tsp
醃料
- 生抽 Soy sauce 2湯匙/tbsp
- 老抽 Dark soy sauce 2茶匙/tsp
- 椒鹽 Salted pepper 2茶匙/tsp
- 紅椒粉 Parprika 少許/Some

雞翼 即買 尖乾淨抹乾,加醃料醃15分鐘後抹乾 Rinse and pat dry chicken wing tips. Marinate for 15 minutes then pat dry.

雞翼 即買 尖沾上薄薄的麵粉 Coated with thin flour layer.

放入氣炸鍋,以200度氣炸5分鐘,翻轉再炸5分鐘 Air fry each side for 5 minutes at 200 °C.

下葱花、辣椒粒及椒鹽,炸2分鐘即成 Add spring onion, chili pepper and salted pepper. Air fry for 2 more minutes.
