葱香油爆蝦食譜做法介紹

食材

  • 新鮮蝦Fresh shrimp 300克300g
  • 蒜頭Garlic 4片
  • 葱Spring onion 2棵2 pcs
  • 鹽Salt 少許little
  • 麻油Sesame 3湯匙3 table

    將蝦剪走蝦鬚及蝦腳,蝦切背,挑走蝦腸,將鹽加入蝦,醃10分鐘,蒜頭、葱切粒。 Cut shrimp antennae and feet, make a cut on the backside and remove devein, put salt into shrimp, marinate 10 mins, dice garlic and spring onion.

    燒熱2湯匙麻油,將蝦煎至半熟,取出。 Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil, pan fry shrimp until half cook and take out.

    原鑊加麻油,加入蒜頭、葱、蝦,炒至全熟。 Heat the sesame oil in the same pan, pan fry garlic, spring onion, shrimp and fry well done.
