將蝦剪走蝦鬚及蝦腳,蝦切背,挑走蝦腸,將鹽加入蝦,醃10分鐘,蒜頭、葱切粒。 Cut shrimp antennae and feet, make a cut on the backside and remove devein, put salt into shrimp, marinate 10 mins, dice garlic and spring onion.
