京葱沙茶炒牛肉食譜做法簡介介紹

  • 牛肉Beef 300克300g
  • 京葱Leek 1條 1pc
  • 乾葱Shallot 3粒3pcs
  • 沙茶醬Satay sauce 2湯匙2 table
  • 生抽Soy sauce 2茶匙2 teasp
  • 老抽Dark soy sauce 1茶匙1 teasp
  • 糖Sugar 2茶匙2 teasp
  • 紹興酒Shao xing wine 1湯匙1tables
  • 生粉Cornstarch 1茶匙1 teasp
  • 米糠油Rice bran oil 3湯匙3 table

    以1茶匙生抽、1茶匙糖、少許水加入至牛肉攪拌均勻,醃20分鐘,加入油,攪拌均勻,加入生粉,攪拌均勻。 Put 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a little water into beef, mix well and marinate for 20 mins, put in oil and mix well, then put in cornstarch and mix well.
