朋友聚頭想食日本菜,通常都會去居酒屋,而照燒魷魚則是必叫的菜式,甜甜的照燒汁加上爽口的魷魚,實在令人想一食再食。照燒魷魚無論材料和做法都非常簡單,不如試試自己煮吧!

- 魷魚 Squid 1隻/pc
- 日式醬油 Japanese soy sauce 3湯匙/tbsp
- 味醂 Mirin 2湯匙/tbsp
- 料理酒 Cooking wine 1湯匙/tbsp
- 砂糖 Sugar 2茶匙/tsp

魷魚除去眼、內臟和軟骨,洗淨抹乾及𠝹橫紋 Remove the eye, internal organs and soft bone of the squid. Wash and pat dry. Cut some slits widthwise on one side of the squid.

將所有醬料與魷魚混合,醃最少15分鐘 Marinate the squid with all sauces for 15 minutes.

燒熱油鍋,魷魚瀝乾醃料後,先以中火煎有橫紋一邊2分鐘以定型,再翻面煎2分鐘 Pat dry squid. Pan fry the cut side for 2 minutes. Pan fry the other side for 2 minutes.

倒餘下的醃料倒入,中火煮濃稠及魷魚熟透即成 Add all remained sauce. Cook until the sauce is thickened. Done.
