- 栗子 Chestnut 1磅/lb
- 雞翼 即買 Chicken wing 12隻/pcs
- 可樂 Coke 1罐/can
- 生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 蠔油 Oyster sauce 2湯匙/2tbsp
- 老抽 Dary soy sauce ½湯匙/tbsp
- 冰糖 Rock sugar 1湯匙/tbsp
- 薑 Ginger 2片/slices
醃料
- 生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 紹酒 Shao Xing wine 1湯匙/tbsp

栗子殼鎅十字花,放滾水中煮10分鐘 Cut a cross on top of each chestnut. Boil for 10 minutes.

在水喉下沖洗約2分鐘後去殼去衣 Remove the hard shell and membrane of chestnuts.

雞翼 即買 洗淨抺乾,加醃料醃15分鐘 Pat dry chicken wings. Marinate for 15 minutes.

爆香薑片,下雞翼 即買 煎至兩邊微焦 Saute ginger slices until fragrant. Add chicken wings and pan fry both sides until golden brown.

下冰糖、生抽、蠔油及老抽,兜勻後下栗子 Add rock sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir well then add chestnuts.

下可樂至蓋過所有材料 Add a can of coke to cover all ingredients.

滾起後轉中細火炆至汁濃稠即成 Turn to low heat after boiling. Braised until sauce is thickened.
