想簡簡單單滾啖湯,湯料仲可以做埋餸,輕輕鬆鬆又一餐的話,呢個勝瓜草菇雞柳湯就啱晒你,半個鐘搞掂,仲有菜有肉,湯料加少少豉油可以送飯,就算係辦公室一族都可以食得好味又健康啦!

- 勝瓜 Luffa 1條 1pc
- 草菇 Straw Mushroom 200克 200g
- 雞柳 Chicken fillet 200克 200g
- 薑 Ginger 2片 2 slice
- 蛋白 Egg white 1隻 1pc
- 水 Water 1500毫升 150
- 鹽 Salt ½ 茶匙 ½ tsp
- 胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許 Some
- 糖 Sugar ½ 茶匙 ½ tea
- 生粉 Corn starch ½ 茶匙 ½ tsp
- 麻油 Sesame oil 少許 Some

雞柳切粒 Dice the chicken fillet.

加醃料醃10分鐘 Marinate the chicken fillet for 10 minutes.

勝瓜去皮滾刀切件 Cut the peeled luffa into pieces.

草菇洗淨切半 Cut the washed straw mushroom a half.

草菇汆水 Blanch the straw mushroom.

煲滾水,下雞粒、草菇及薑片滾10分鐘 Boil water and then add the diced chicken , straw mushroom and ginger. Boil for 10 minutes.

下勝瓜滾5分鐘 Add angled luffa and boil for 5 minutes.

下蛋白拌勻,完成 Add egg white into the pot and stir it well. Enjoy.
