- 免治豬肉Minced pork 60 克60 g
- 鯪魚肉 Fish meat 80 克80 g
- 魚香茄子醬 Sauce for spicy garlic eggplant 80克80 g

用筷子輔佐切茄子,避免切斷。將茄子切成厚片。 Place the eggplant between 2 chopsticks.Slice the potatoes into thin slices.
