就快到復活節啦,想同小朋友一齊整啲應節食品,又唔想搞到咁複雜,一於整呢個簡單嘅甘筍忌廉筒啦!

食材 (3-4人) 1小時內

食材

  • 酥皮 Puff pastry 1張
  • 雞蛋(拂勻)Egg (Whisked) 1隻
  • 甘筍 Carrot 4條
  • 忌廉芝士 Cream cheese 140克
  • 糖 Sugar 少許
  • 黑胡椒粉 Black pepper powder 少許
  • 番荽 Parsley 適量

    焗爐預熱至200度 Preheat the oven to 200 degree.

    甘筍去皮,掃上少許油 Peel carrots. Sweep a thin layer of oil on carrots.

    酥皮切成4條長條,由下至上捲住甘筍 Cut puff pastry into 4 long strips. Wrap the carrots in a spiral shape.

    掃上蛋液,放入焗爐焗12-15分鐘至金黃,取出放涼 Brush the puff pastry with egg wash. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

    小心取出甘筍,刨成幼絲 Remove carrots after cooled down. Shred.

    將甘筍絲與忌廉芝士、糖及黑胡椒粉拌勻 Mix shredded carrot, cream cheese, sugar and black pepper powder.

    用甘筍忌廉芝士釀入酥皮筒內 Stuff cream cheese into puff pastry rolls.

  • 8

    插上番荽裝飾,完成 Decorate with parsley. Done.
