家常小菜沙薑炒花螺食譜做法

  • 花螺Babylon shell 300克300g
  • 沙薑Sand ginger 80克80g
  • 辣椒Hot pepper 3隻3pcs
  • 紹興酒Shao xing wine 2湯匙2 table
  • 魚露Fish sauce 2茶匙2 teasp
  • 糖Sugar 少許little
  • 油Rice bran oil 2湯匙2 table

    花螺浸鹽水20分鐘。 Soak babylon shell with salt water for 20 mins.

    沙薑切粒再攪碎;辣椒切粒。 Dice sand ginger then mince. Dice hot pepper.

    燒熱米糠油,炒香沙薑、辣椒。 Heat the rice bran oil, stir fry sand ginger and hot pepper.

    加入花螺,炒至均勻。 Put in babylon shell and stir fry until mix well.

    加入紹興酒,蓋上蓋,煮5分鐘。 Put in Shao xing wine, cover the lid and cook 5 mins.

    加入魚露、糖,炒至均勻。 Put in fish sauce and sugar, finally stir fry until mix well.
