聖誕節開派對當然要有吸引眼球嘅精美甜品,谷友Jackie Luk用氣炸鍋整琉璃曲奇,簡單得嚟效果精緻!所以我地都試一試!七彩嘅糖係曲奇中間融化之後,變成夢幻嘅曲奇藝術品,而且每一舊曲奇都獨一無二。即可拎個氣炸鍋出嚟,一齊DIY!

- 牛油 butter 60克 60 g
- 雞蛋 egg 1隻 1 pc
- 粟粉 corn starch 35克 35g
- 奶粉 milk powder 1 茶匙 1 tsp
- 彩色糖果 coloured candies 1包 1pack
- 糖霜 powdery sugar 40克 40g
- 低筋麵粉 cake flour 35克 35g
- 高筋麵粉 bread flour 60克 60g

室溫牛油加糖霜打發均勻 Mix the butter and powdery sugar

加入雞蛋打至奶白色 Add in egg and whisk till milky

加入過篩過的粉類 Add in the powdery ingredients

將所有材料揉成球狀Roll the dough into balls

用保鮮膜包好雪40分鐘Wrap and freeze for around 40 minutes

將麵團用保鮮膜包著卷平,用曲奇模吸出喜愛模樣Roll the dough flat and cut out as liked shapes

曲奇放在牛油紙上,氣炸鍋150度預熱2分鐘,150氣炸曲奇8分鐘Place them on a baking sheet and preheat for 2 minutes, then air fry the cookies for 8 minutes at 150 °C.

取出曲奇,在中間放上糖果,150度再焗8分鐘,完成!Take the cookies out and place a candy in each, air fry for another 8 minutes at 150 °C. And it’s done!
