無粉三元朱古力蛋糕

THREE INGREDIENTS FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE.
最簡單容易的朱古力蛋糕, 身邊梗有唔可以食麵粉的人,這就最啱了。可以配生果,忌廉或雪糕,食前可加糖霜或朱古力粉,增加視覺感。

食材 (3-4人) 1小時以上

食材

  • Large eggs 3
  • Dark chocolate , break into small pieces 180g
  • Sea salt pinch

    Melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water, add a pinch of sea salt.

    Line the baking tin(6″ round tin) with greaseproof paper. Preheat the oven to 160C.

    Separate the egg, add the yolks to the cooled melted chocolate until combined.

    Whisk the egg whites until stiff peak.

  • 5

    Add the egg whites into the chocolate mixture in three batches, mix it gently and quickly.

    Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 45 minutes.

    Let it cool before unmould.
