焗蕃薯 Baked Sweet Potatoes

早幾天逛街市，給我看到很漂亮的蕃薯，忍不住買幾條回家。 家裡沒有燴蕃薯的功具，可是洗淨以後放焗爐焗，也是很美味的！

食材 （1-2人） 1小時以上

  • 材料 Ingredients:
  • 蕃薯 Sweet Potatoes 2條 ❨pcs❩

    蕃薯洗淨，抹乾，置烤架上。 Brush sweet potatoes skin. Dry up & place onto the grill.

    放蕃薯係已預熱焗爐，以150-180℃焗60分鐘。

  • 3

    取出去皮即可食用。 Remove the skin & serve.
