冬菇蒸雞

- 雞扒 即買 chicken breasts 2塊
- 冬菇shiitake mushrooms 4隻
- 薑ginger slices 3片(切幼絲)
- 葱stalk spring onion 1棵(切幼絲)
醃料
- 生抽soy sauce 2湯匙2 tbsp
- 糖sugar 1湯匙1 tbsp
- 米酒rice wine 1湯匙1 tbsp
- 生粉corn starch 1茶匙1 tsp

冬菇浸軟Soak shiitak mushrooms in water until tender.

去蒂及切幼絲Discard stems and cut into thin shred.

雞扒 即買 切件,醃10分鐘後置碟上Cut chicken breasts into pieces. Marinate for 10 minutes. Place on plate.

放上薑絲和冬菇絲Add shredded ginger and mushroom on chicken.

隔水蒸20分鐘,放上葱絲,完成Steam over boiling water for 20 minutes. Add spring onion. Done.
