電飯煲食譜|牛奶銀耳紅棗紅豆湯 Milk, snow fungus, red dates and azuki bean sweet soup

這道甜品只聽名字已經知道是美味又滋補的甜品,既有足夠的膳食纖維,也能清熱解毒、滋陰潤燥、補血養血,無論男女老幼都可以食用。今次用上電飯煲去製作,簡單又方便,完全不用看火,攪拌幾下和等一會就可以吃,方便又養生。

- 銀耳 Snow fungus 50克/g
- 紅豆 Azuki beans 30克/g
- 西米 Sago 30克/g
- 紅棗 Red date 3-5顆/pcs
- 牛奶 Milk 250毫升/ml
- 冰糖 Rock sugar 適量/As need
- 水 Water 適量/As need

銀耳泡浸至發漲 Soak snow fungus until it expands in size.

去蒂及剪碎 Remove the stem and chop into small pieces.

紅棗泡浸至軟後去芯剪碎 Soak red dates until they become soft, remove the pit, and chop into small pieces.

紅豆浸軟 Soak azuki beans until they become soft.

將銀耳、紅豆、西米及紅棗放入電飯煲內 Put the snow fungus, red beans, sago, and red dates into a rice cooker.

加水至蓋過食材 Add enough water to cover the ingredients.

按電飯煲的煮飯鍵,煮約20分鐘至變得濃稠 Press the "cook rice" button on the rice cooker and cook for about 20 minutes until the soup becomes thick.

加入牛奶及冰糖,蓋上再煮10分鐘即成 Add milk and rock sugar, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes.
