- 田園沙律醬 Salad dressing 適量/some
- 西芹 Celery 適量/some
- 紅蘿蔔 Carrots 適量/some
- 麵粉 Flour 適量/some
醃料
- 泡打粉 Baking powder 1.5茶匙/tsp
- 蒜鹽 Garlic salt 2茶匙/tsp
- 黑胡椒 Black pepper ½茶匙/tsp
醬汁
- Tabasco 2湯匙/tbsp
- 茄汁Ketchup 2湯匙/tbsp
- 牛油(融化)Melted butter 20克/g
- 青檸汁 Lime juice 1湯匙/tbsp
- 蜜糖 Honey 1湯匙/tbsp

雞翼 即買 洗淨,跟醃料拌勻,醃至少一小時 Rinse chicken wings, marinate for at least an hour.

雞翼 即買 裹上麵粉後,放入氣炸鍋內以200度氣炸10分至熟透金黃 Coat wings with flour. Air fry them at 200°C for 10 mins until golden yellow

將醬汁材料拌勻,放入雞翼 即買 拌勻 Mix all sauce ingredients and cover the wings.
