【簡易甜品】日式焦糖布丁 Japanese custard pudding

- 雞蛋Eggs 2隻/pcs
- 砂糖Sugar 80克/g
- 牛奶Milk 400毫升/ml
焦糖材料
- 糖 Sugar 60克/g
- 水 Water 1湯匙/tbsp
- 熱水 Hot water 1湯匙/tbsp

雞蛋加砂糖攪拌均勻 Whisk two eggs and sugar.

牛奶小火加熱至沸騰前關火 Over low heat, heat milk until bubbles form at edges.

分數次把熱牛奶倒入雞蛋液裡 Add hot milk into whisked eggs in portions.

將布丁液過篩 Strain the mixture.

將砂糖加水放進鍋裏 Add sugar and water into a pan.

煮至焦糖化後,加熱水 Heat till caramelized, add hot water.

將焦糖倒進模具裡 Pour caramel into baking cups.

再將布丁液倒進模裡 Then pour pudding mixture on top.

用火槍燒掉面層的氣泡 Use a musket to burn off the bubbles on top.

用錫紙包好 Cover with aluminium foil.

放進氣炸鍋內以100°C氣炸35分鐘 Air fry at 100°C for 35minutes.

放雪櫃冷藏兩小時即成 Freeze for 2 hours and done.
