- 蒜頭Garlic 4瓣4 pcs
- 清酒Sake 1湯匙1 table
- 生抽Soy sauce 1湯匙1 table
- 豆瓣醬Chili bean sauce 1湯匙1 table
- 糖Sugar 1茶匙1 teasp

牛肉、蒜頭切片;將清酒、生抽、豆瓣醬、糖加入牛肉片,醃10分鐘。 Slice beef and garlic. Put sake, soy sauce, chili bean sauce and sugar into beef, marinate 10 mins.

燒熱油,加入蒜頭,以小火炸蒜頭至金黃色,取出。 Heat the oil, put in garlic, deep fry garlic until golden brown with low heat then take out.

原鑊炒牛肉,加入醃料及蒜片炒勻。 Stir fry beef with the same pan, put in marinade, garlic and stir well.
