【簡易甜品】蘋果金寶 Apple crumble

- 蘋果 Apple 2個/pcs
- 中筋麵粉 All purpose flour 80克/g
- 牛油 Butter 60克/g
- 黃糖 Brown sugar 2湯匙/tbsp
- 玉桂粉 Cinnamon powder 1茶匙/tsp

蘋果去皮,切粒備用 Peel and dice apple.

熱鍋中放入牛油煮至溶化 Heat butter until melted.

加入蘋果粒,1湯匙黃糖、玉桂粉煮至蘋果變軟 Add diced apple, 1 tbsp brown sugar, cinnamon powder. Cook until diced apple softened.

中筋麵粉中加入冰凍牛油和1湯匙黃糖,用手搓捏混合成沙泥粒狀麵糰 Mix and granule all purpose flour, cool butter and 1 tbsp brown sugar with hands.

在器皿中倒入蘋果粒,再將麵糰鋪面 Add apple into a baking pot. Then add flour granule on top.

用焗爐 180 °C焗約 20 分鐘 Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes in oven.

灑上糖霜即可 Sprinkle icing sugar on top. Done.
