【韓式前菜】韓式醬煮薯仔 Korean Potato in Soy Sauce

韓國菜嘅前菜一向好精彩,泡菜、辣蘿蔔、麻油菠菜、魚仔乾、辣魷魚⋯⋯仲有一款好多朋友都鍾意食,就係醬煮薯仔,煙韌嘅薯肉吸收咗醬油嘅鮮味,真係好好食㗎!雖然食到同買到嘅地方唔多,不過勝在易整,一於自己整啦!

食材 (3-4人) 1小時內

食材

  • 薯仔 Potato 2個/pcs
  • 蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙/tbsp
  • 生抽 Soy Sauce 3湯匙/tbsp
  • 白糖 Sugar 2湯匙/tbsp
  • 水 Water 1杯/cup
  • 麻油 Sesame oil 1茶匙/tsp

    薯仔去皮切粒,泡水30分鐘浸去澱粉後瀝乾 Dice potatoes. Soak in water for 30 minutes to remove starch. Drain dry.

    燒熱鑊,放入薯仔粒炒約5分鐘 Stir fry diced potatoes for 5 minutes.

    加入蒜蓉、生抽、糖、水,加蓋煮至汁料稍微收乾 Add minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar and water. Cover and cook until the sauces is thickened.

    下麻油拌勻,放雪櫃冷藏2-3小時即成 Add sesame oil and stir well. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
