- 日本南瓜 Japan pumpkin 200克/g
- 雞扒 即買 Chicken Fillet 150克/g
- 長通粉 Macaroni 150克/g
- 雞湯 Chicken broth 200毫升/ml
- 番荽碎 Parsley falkes 適量/Some
醃料
- 生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 味醂 Mirin 1湯匙/tbsp
醬汁
- 味噌 Miso 2湯匙/tbsp
- 淡忌廉 Heavy cream 100毫升/ml

雞扒 即買 切件,醃15分鐘 Cut chicken fillet into pieces. Marinate for 15 minutes.

南瓜切件 Cut pumpkin into pieces.

將長通粉及雞湯放入電飯煲內,按煮飯鍵先煮5分鐘 Put macaroni and chicken broth inside a rice cooker and cook for 5 minutes.

加入味噌、南瓜及雞,拌勻後續煮15分鐘 Add Miso, pumpkin and chicken. Stir well and cook for 15 minutes.

最後加入淡忌廉,拌勻後再續煮5分鐘 Add heavy cream. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

盛起灑上番荽碎,完成 Dish up and garnish with parsley flakes. Done.
