【快餐店名物】白汁雞皇飯 Chicken à la King with Rice

快餐店嘅白汁雞皇飯相信大家都食過,超好味講唔上但大家一定會心思思想再食。今次一於同大家喺屋企到神還原呢個菜式,而且仲可以多汁多料,唔會食到最後得啲啲白飯咁慘呀!

食材 (3-4人) 30分鐘內

食材

  • 雞胸 即買 肉 Chicken breast 200克 200g
  • 青豆 Green peas 30克 30g
  • 甘筍 Carrot ½條 ½ pc
  • 薯仔 Potato 240克 240g
  • 蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙 1tbsp
  • 牛奶 Milk 238毫升 238m
  • 清雞湯 Chicken broth 250毫升 250m
  • 無鹽牛油 Unsalted butter 20克 20g
  • 中筋麵粉 All purpose flour 20克 20g
  • 白飯 Cooked rice 適量 Some

醃料 Marinades

  • 鹽 Salt ½茶匙 ½tbsp
  • 黑椒 Black pepper ¼茶匙 ¼tsp

調味料 Seasonings

  • 鹽 Salt 1湯匙 1tsp
  • 黑椒 Black pepper ½湯匙 ½tsp

    薯仔切粒 Dice potato.

    甘筍切片 Slice carrot.

    雞胸 即買 肉切條,加鹽及胡椒粉略醃 Cut chicken into strips.Marinate with salt and pepper.

    小火煮溶無鹽牛油,加入麵粉煮成糊狀 Melt unsalted butter over low heat. Add flour and cook into paste form.

    下牛奶煮至濃稠,盛起備用 Add milk and cook until thicken. Dish up.

    爆香蒜蓉 Stir fry minced garlic until fragrant.

    下雞肉炒至八成熟 Add chicken strips and stir fry until 80% cooked.

    下青豆、甘筍和薯仔 Add green peas, carrot slices and potato dices.

    下入雞湯,以慢火煮10分鐘至材料軟身 Add chicken broth. Cook over low heat until ingredients are softened.

    下白汁底,下鹽及黑椒調味 Add white sauce base. Seasons with salt and pepper.

    慢火烹煮一會,淋白飯上享用 Cook for a while. Serve with rice.
