【電飯煲食譜】電飯煲叉燒 Barbecue Pork in Rice Cooker #一煲過 #零難

電飯煲真係一項偉大嘅發明,除咗煮飯、焗蛋糕之外,仲可以整鹽焗雞、煮意粉之外,整叉燒一樣無難度,而且用料同做法都超簡單!想肥美啲可以用五花腩,想肥瘦適中啲就可以用梅頭!

食材 (1-2人) 1小時以上

食材

  • 急凍五花腩 Frozen Pork Belly 兩條 2 strip
  • 蒜頭 Garlic 6-8瓣 6-8cl
  • 蜜糖 Honey 適量 Some

醃料 Marinade

  • 叉燒醬 Chinese Barbecue Sauce 2湯匙 2tbsp
  • 海鮮醬 Seafood Sauce 1湯匙 1tbsp
  • 玫瑰露酒 Rose Wine 1湯匙 1tbsp
  • 生抽 Soy Sauce 1湯匙 1tbsp
  • 老抽 Dark Soy Sauce 少許 Some
  • 蒜蓉 Minced Garlic 1湯匙 1tbsp

    五花腩解凍後 去皮,洗淨抹乾 After the pork belly is defrozen, remove the pig skin the wash and oat dry.

    用醃料醃4小時或以上 Marinate with marinade for 4 hours or more.

    在電飯煲的鍋內掃一層油 Brush a layer of oil in the pot of the rice cooker.

    再放入醃好的五花肉 Add the marinated pork belly.

    按電飯煲的煮飯掣一次 Press the cook button of the rice cooker once.

    完成後,在叉燒兩邊塗上蜜糖 When done, coat both sides of the barbecued pork with honey.

    再按一次煮飯掣,煮至一半時開蓋翻轉叉燒 Press the cook button again, open the lid and flip the barbecued pork when it is half cooked. Done.
