【涼茶大變身】羅漢果菊花膏 Monk Fruit and Chrysanthemum Jelly

涼茶係香港及國家級非物質文化遺產,其實除咗飲之外,有無諗過可以食呢?今次將羅漢果、菊花、夏枯草煲成嘅涼茶變成糕狀,配埋煉奶、忌廉甚至雪糕食都得,一於幫涼茶搞搞新意思啦!

食材 (3-4人) 1小時以上

食材

  • 羅漢果 Monk fruit 1個 1pc
  • 菊花 Chrysanthemum 20克 20g
  • 夏枯草 Prunella 適量 Some
  • 白涼粉 White jelly powder 100克 100g
  • 冰糖 Rock sugar 適量 Some
  • 清水 Water 3升 3L
  • 煉奶 Condensed milk 適量 Some

    羅漢果洗乾淨,掰開成幾塊,菊花及夏枯草洗淨 Wash the monk fruit and wrest it into pieces. And then wash the chrysanthemum and prunella.

    羅漢果、菊花及夏枯草加水煮一小時 Put the monk fruit , chrysanthemum and prunella into the bowl. Then add water to boil for 1 hour.

    把渣濾掉,加冰糖及白涼粉,放涼至凝結 Filter the dregs. Then add rock sugar and white jelly powder. Then let cool and set.

    加煉奶享用 Add the condensed milk. Enjoy.
