陳皮蒸鮑魚仔Steamed Abalone with Citrus

- 鮑魚仔baby abalones 12隻12pcs
- 陳皮dried tangerine peel 1瓣1 piece
- 蒜茸minced garlic 6湯匙6 tbsp
- 葱spring onion (cut into thin shred) 1棵(切絲)1 st
- 油oil 1湯匙1 tbsp
- 生抽soy sauce 2湯匙2 tbsp

陳皮用水浸軟 Soak dried tangerine peel in water until tender.

刮去果瓤,洗淨切絲 Scrape off white pith with small knife. Rinse and shred.

鮑魚仔用小刷刷洗淨,置碟上 Scrub abalone with small brush then place on plate.

放蒜茸及陳皮絲 Add minced garlic and tangerine peel.

隔滾水以大火蒸約15分鐘 Steam over boiling water with high heat for 15 minutes.

取出,放上葱絲 Remove from wok. Add spring onion.

淋上滾油及生抽 Drizzle with hot oil and soy sauce, done.
