- 青椒 Green chili pepper 4-6條
- 免治豬肉 Minced pork 200克
- 椰菜 Cabbage 50克
- 甘筍 Carrot 50克
- 韓式泡菜 Kimchi 50克
- 生粉 Starch 適量
醃料 Marinade
- 生抽 Soy sauce 2茶匙
- 糖 Sugar 1茶匙
- Seasame oil 1茶匙

椰菜、甘筍及泡菜切碎,與免治豬肉拌勻 Chop cabbage, carrot and kimchi. Mix with minced pork.

加入醃料拌勻醃15分鐘 Marinate for 15 minutes.

青椒切半去核,中間灑上少許生粉 Hemisect green chili pepper and remove seeds. Sprinkle some starch on it.

將餡料釀入青椒內,餡料上再灑上少生粉 Stuff minced pork into green chili pepper. Sprinkle some starch on top.

燒熱少許油,細火先將餡料一面煎至金黃 Heat some oil. Pan fry the meat side until golden brown.

反轉再將青椒煎至微焦,完成 Flip the green chili pepper until the pepper side is a little burnt. Done.
