氣炸鍋炸洋蔥花 Airfryer Blooming Onion
復活節就到,想舉辦一場驚喜有趣嘅復活節派對,可以係餐桌上花點心思。拎起家中常備嘅洋蔥,製作適合打卡又美味嘅炸洋蔥花啦!炸好嘅洋蔥會像一朵花咁散開,掰走一片洋蔥「花瓣」,再點一點沾醬,就可以享用了!跟著我們的影片,看似平凡的洋蔥都可以成為聚會的主角。
主要材料

- 洋蔥Onion 1個
- 雞蛋 Egg 1隻
- 牛奶 Milk 100ml
炸粉材料
- 中筋麵粉 All-purpose flour 100g
- 泡打粉 Baking powder ½ 茶匙
- 鹽 Salt ¼ 茶匙
- 糖 Sugar ¼ 茶匙
- 紅椒粉 Paprika powder 2茶匙

洋蔥切走兩端,去皮 在洋蔥上切一個米字,不要切到底 洋蔥放入水中待用 Cut off pointy stem end of the onion, then peel. make 4 downward cuts to form a double cross pattern, do not cut all the way through Soak the onion in a bowl of water for later use

準備一個大碗,將雞蛋打發 加入牛奶混合 Whisk egg in a large bowl, mix with milk.

另一個碗,倒入中筋麵粉 加入牛至草、糖、鹽、紅椒粉、泡打粉 混合均勻 In a separate bowl, pour in all-purpose flour, add Oregano, sugar, salt, paprika powder, and baking powder, mix well

切好的洋蔥放入雞液中 均勻沾上蛋液 再放入麵粉混合物中 均勻沾上麵粉 Place the onion inside the egg mixture, full coat the onion, then place it into the flour mixture, thoroughly coat it.

重覆一次步驟 再次沾上蛋液和麵粉 Repeat the steps, coat the onion with egg mixture and flours again.

洋蔥放入炸籃 將洋蔥散開成開花形狀 均勻地噴上足夠植物油 Place the onion in a frying basket, adjust the onion into a blooming position, evenly spray on sufficient amount of oil.

洋蔥花放入氣炸鍋 170度氣炸13分鐘,即成 Let the blooming onion goes into the air fryer, to cook for 130 minutes at 170°C. Serve right away.
