- 木薯粉Tapioca flour 100克 100g
- 無鹽牛油Unsalted butter 88克 88 g
- 雞蛋Eggs 2隻 2 pcs
- 牛奶Milk 125毫升 125
- 糖Sugar 21克 21g
- 芝士粉Cheese powder 43克 43g
- 芝士碎Shredded cheese 40克40g
- 鹽Salt 1茶匙1 tsp
- 泡打粉Baking powder 2克 2g
- 油Oil 1湯匙 1 tbsp

牛油,糖 隔水座溶。 Melt butter and sugar in a bowl over simmering water

雞蛋打勻 Whisk eggs

將糯米粉,木薯粉,芝士粉,芝士碎,鹽,泡打粉混合。 Mix glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, cheese powder, shredded cheese, salt, baking powder well.

將雞蛋,牛油溶液,糖溶液加入面粉混合物中。 Add egg, melted butter and sugar into the powdery mixture.

一邊加牛奶一邊搓粉,搓成無粉粒又光滑的面團為止。 Rub the mixture while adding milk slowly. Knead till it is a smooth dough.

面團靜置30-40分鐘。 Rest for 30-40 mins

搓成一個個球狀,放錫紙上,放入氣炸鍋180度焗17分鐘。Shape dough into small balls, place on a aluminium foil and air fry for 17 mins at 180°C
