冰雪啫喱 Winter Wonderland Jelly
聖誕快到了,又是開party的時間!雖然暫時未有人約我開party, 但預備定幾份簡易小食食譜有備無患也好!這是我從youtube學會後修改過來的,希望大家喜歡~
食材
- 材料 Ingredients:
- 大Jello藍莓味1盒 Blue Berry Jello 170克❨g❩
- 迷你棉花糖 Mini Marshmellows 1.5杯(cups)
- 沸水 Boiling Water 300毫升(ml)

把1.5杯棉花糖❨約70克❩、半盒啫喱粉及150毫升沸水倒進小鍋內。 Pour 1.5 cups of marshmellows ❨abt 70g❩, half of the jello and 150ml of boiling water into a little pot.

開小火把所有材料拌勻,啫喱粉溶解,棉花糖煮至半溶。倒入方形盤。 Use a low heat and stir until jello is dissolved, marshmellows are mostly melted. Pour into pan.

如果棉花糖溶得太多/想增加白雪效果,可趁啫喱溶液還熱的時候加入幾粒棉花糖。把棉花糖啫喱溶液雪至凝固。 If marshmellows are totally melted, or you want to get more 'snow' in the jelly, add some marshmellows when the liquid is hot. Refrigerate until set.

剩餘的啫喱粉用150毫升熱水開勻,隔著湯匙/膠刮刀輕輕倒在已凝固的棉花糖啫喱上。放雪櫃雪至完全凝固。 Dissolve the remaining jello with 150ml boiling water. Pour gently over set 1st layer. Refrigerate until set.

取出啫喱,座熱水脫模,切成自己喜歡的形狀即成。 Dip bottom of pan into warm water for 20 seconds, then loosen edges with a rubber scraper. Invert onto plate / cutting board and cut.

如果想白雪層再自然一點,則要控制棉花糖溶解程度! Effect of the snow layer depends on the solubility of marshmellows.
