家裡種了一棵九層塔,用來炆雞一流! 嘗試用最少的調味,帶出最強的九層塔香味!

食材

  • 材料 Ingredients:
  • 大雞脾 Big Chicken Legs 3隻(pcs)
  • 大薯仔 Big Potato 1個(pc)
  • 甘荀 Carrot 1個(pc)

    洗淨材料,雞脾、薯仔、甘荀切件備用。 Wash the ingredients, cut the chicken legs, potato & carrot.

    燒熱油,煎香雞件,盛起備用。 Heat oil, fry the chicken, take out & set aside.

    洗淨鍋,燒熱油,爆香配料及薯仔甘荀,調味, 加水, 炆至薯仔甘荀微軟。 Clean the pan, heat oil, fry the spices, potato & carrot with seasonings. Keep cooking until the potato & carrot become soft.

    加入雞件炆至熟透,調味,轉大火收汁,加入九層塔略炒,即可上碟。 Add chicken. Keep cooking until the chicken is done. Add seasonings & basil. Now it's done!
