- 麻油 Sesame oil 1茶匙/tsp
- 紹興酒 Shaoxing wine 1茶匙/tsp
- 胡椒粉 White pepper powder 少許/Some
- 蠔油 Oyster sauce 2茶匙/tsp
- 鹽 Salt 1茶匙/tsp
- 蒜鹽 Garlic salt 1茶匙/tsp
- 黑椒 Black pepper 1茶匙/tsp
- 雞粉 Chicken powder 1茶匙/tsp
- 孜然粉 Cumin 2茶匙/tsp
- 五香粉 Five spices powder 1茶匙/tsp
- 粗鹽 Coarse salt 適量/Some
- 黑芝麻 Black sesame 適量/To use

解凍雞翼 即買 ,先粗鹽醃20 分鐘,洗乾印乾 Defrost the wings, marinate with coarse salt for 20 mins. Rinse and pat dry.

加入麻油、紹興酒、胡椒粉、蠔油、鹽、蒜鹽、黑椒、雞粉及孜然粉,放雪櫃醃雞翼 即買 最少30 分鐘 Marinate with sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, salt, garlic salt, black pepper, chicken powder, cumin powder in fridge for at least 30 mins

放進氣炸鍋,以180 度炸7分鐘 Air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes.

打開氣炸鍋,翻轉雞翼 即買 ,灑上孜然粉及黑芝麻 Flip the wing. Sprinkle more cumin powder and black sesame.
