芒果布甸唔止受香港人歡迎,海外旅客都一樣鍾意。因為芒果布甸香甜美味,質感軟滑,雪凍咗仲消暑透心涼,加埋淡奶就更加好食,絕對係大人同小朋友都喜愛嘅甜品。而家幾乎一年四季都有芒果供應,咁就幾時都可以整嚟食啦!

食材 (5-6人) 30分鐘內

食材

  • 芒果 Mango flesh 380 克/g
  • 芒果味雪糕Mango flavored ice cream 125克/g
  • 牛奶Milk 260克/g
  • 椰漿Coconut milk 45克/g
  • 糖Sugar 80克/g
  • 魚膠片Gelatin sheet 15克/g
  • 100克/g

    芒果切粒 Cube mango flesh.

    魚膠片用水浸軟 Soak gelain sheet until soften.

    將牛奶、糖及魚膠片小火煮溶 Boil sugar and gelain sheet with milk over low heat until dissolved.

    將芒果肉、牛奶、椰漿和芒果雪糕,以攪拌機打勻 Mix mango flesh, milk, coconut milk and mango ice cream with an electric hand blender.

    將布甸漿倒入模具內,放入雪櫃冷藏4小時至凝固 Put the pudding mixture into the molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until it set.

    加上淡奶享用風味更佳 Enjoy with evaporated milk.
