- 鹹蛋黃 Salted egg yolk 6隻/pcs
- 炸蒜 Deep fried garlic 適量/Some
- 蔥花 Chopped spring onion 適量/Some
醃料
- 生抽 Soy sauce 2湯匙/tbsp
- 紹興酒 Shaoxing wine 1湯匙/tbsp
- 糖 Sugar 2茶匙/tsp
- 胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許/Some
- 生粉 Corn starch 適量/Some

雞翼 即買 解凍抹乾,用鉸剪打直剪開, Defrost and pat dry chicken wings. Cut vertically.

加生抽、紹興酒、糖及胡椒粉醃30分鐘 Marinate with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar and pepper powder for 30 minutes.

鹹蛋黃蒸或焗20分鐘至熟, Steam salted egg yolk for 20 minutes.
