這道芝心炸雞卷外層酥脆香口,內裡的雞肉和芝士則柔軟而多汁,口感十分豐富,加上雞肉和芝士的味道完美地融合,令人回味無窮。

  • 雞扒 即買 Chicken fillet 3塊 /pcs
  • 芝士 Cheese slice 2片/slices
  • 雞蛋 (拂勻)Egg (Whisked) 2隻/pcs
  • 乳酪 Yogurt 2湯匙/tbsp
  • 麵粉 Flour 適量/Some
  • 麵包糠 Bread crumbs 適量/Some
  • 碎黑胡椒 Ground black pepper 少許/Some
  • 紅椒粉 Paprika powder 少許/Some

    雞扒 即買 去皮,鋪在保鮮紙上 Remove the skin of chicken fillet. Cover with food wrap.

    用麵粉檊拍扁 Flatten and thin it with a rolling pin.

    雞扒 即買 上灑上碎黑胡椒及紅椒粉 Sprinkle on black pepper and paprika powder.

    鋪上芝士片及乳酪 Put cheese slices and yogurt on top.

    雞扒 即買 捲實,冷藏15分鐘 Roll the chicken fillet tightly. Freeze it for 15 minutes.
