- 雞扒 即買 Chicken fillet 3塊 /pcs
- 芝士 Cheese slice 2片/slices
- 雞蛋 (拂勻)Egg (Whisked) 2隻/pcs
- 乳酪 Yogurt 2湯匙/tbsp
- 麵粉 Flour 適量/Some
- 麵包糠 Bread crumbs 適量/Some
- 碎黑胡椒 Ground black pepper 少許/Some
- 紅椒粉 Paprika powder 少許/Some

雞扒 即買 去皮,鋪在保鮮紙上 Remove the skin of chicken fillet. Cover with food wrap.

用麵粉檊拍扁 Flatten and thin it with a rolling pin.

在雞扒 即買 上灑上碎黑胡椒及紅椒粉 Sprinkle on black pepper and paprika powder.

鋪上芝士片及乳酪 Put cheese slices and yogurt on top.
