乾葱咖喱煎雞翼食譜做法教學

  • 雞翼 即買 Chicken wings 8隻8 pcs
  • 乾葱Dried shallot 4個4 pcs
  • 咖喱粉Curry powder 3湯匙3 table
  • 鹽Salt 少許little
  • 胡椒粉Pepper 1茶匙1 teasp
  • 紹興酒Shao xing wine 1湯匙1 table
  • 魚露Fish sauce 1茶匙1 teasp
  • 米糠油Rice bran oil 1茶匙1 table

    將鹽、胡椒粉、紹興酒加入雞翼 即買 ,醃30分鐘。 Put salt, pepper, Shao xing wine into chicken wings, marinate 30 mins.

    乾葱切片。 Slice dried shallot.

    燒熱米糠油,加入雞翼 即買 ,煎至半熟。 Heat the rice bran oil, put in chicken wings, pan fry until half cooked.

    加入少許水,蓋上蓋,煮雞翼 即買 至全熟。 Put in a little water, cover the lid and pan fry until well done.

    加入乾葱、咖喱粉、魚露,炒至均勻。 Put in dried shallot, curry powder and fish sauce, stir fry until mix well.
