- 瘦肉 Pork lean 300克300g
- 蘋果Apple 2個2pcs

玉竹、沙參、百合、淮山、蓮子浸水。 Soak fragrant solomonseal rhizome, coastal glehnia root, greenish lily bulb, common yam rhizome, lotus seed.

無花果對切;蘋果切件、去芯。 Cut dried fig into two pieces. Cut apple into pieces and cored.

瘦肉切件、汆水、洗淨。 Cut pork lean into pieces, blanch and wash.
