玉竹沙參蘋果湯食譜做法介紹

  • 沙參Coastal glehnia roo 50克50g
  • 百合Greenish lily bulb 30克30g
  • 淮山Common yam rhizome 30克30g
  • 無花果Dried fig 4粒4pcs
  • 蓮子Lotus seed 30克30g
  • 蜜棗Sweet jujube 3粒3pcs
  • 瘦肉 Pork lean 300克300g
  • 蘋果Apple 2個2pcs
  • 鹽Salt 適量Some

    玉竹、沙參、百合、淮山、蓮子浸水。 Soak fragrant solomonseal rhizome, coastal glehnia root, greenish lily bulb, common yam rhizome, lotus seed.

    無花果對切;蘋果切件、去芯。 Cut dried fig into two pieces. Cut apple into pieces and cored.

    瘦肉切件、汆水、洗淨。 Cut pork lean into pieces, blanch and wash.

    將所有材料加入至滾水,蓋上蓋,轉小火煲2小時。 Put all ingredients into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 2 hours with low heat.
